- What symptoms first brought you into Palmetto Physical Medicine? Pain in the neck and upper back area. My posture continually grew worse and I didn’t know how to reverse the results.
- What was the severity of your symptoms from when you first came in, from 1-10? Usually around 8.
- How was your problem affecting your daily life? Very frequently, I would be in so much pain that I wouldn’t be able to be mentally present at social events because my thoughts would be so focused on the pain and discomfort I was in.
- What services did you receive at PPM? I received physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and massage care.
- What has your overall experience been like at PPM? PPM has equipped me with exercises and tools to continue care at home. Because of that, I can tell a huge difference in my posture and relief with pain, which I am incredibly thankful for.

Because of the care I received at PPM, I am more knowledgeable about why I was experiencing the pain I was in, and I’ve had those areas targeted with treatment and exercises that have improved my pain beyond what I expected coming into this.
