- What symptoms first brought you into Palmetto Physical Medicine? I had excruciating pain in my back and hips.
- What was the severity of your symptoms from when you first came in, from 1-10? My pain would peak at a 10.
- How was your problem affecting your daily life? Some days I wasn’t able to even pick up my daughter and hold her, I couldn’t even move at times. There was one point that I didn’t know how I was going to even drive myself from work to home.
- What services did you receive at PPM? Chiropractic, Trigger point injections, Physical
Therapy, and Massages. - What has your overall experience been like at PPM? My experience has been wonderful. I look forward to coming every week and pushing myself to improve and get better.
- How has your life changed, since receiving treatment at PPM? My life has changed drastically. I definitely feel like I have my life back. It’s great being able to play with my daughter and go on walks with my family again.
