Michelle Liggett
Michelle Liggett is originally from Laurel, MD.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Management, served 20 years on active duty in the United States Navy, served two years as a therapist in chiropractic medicine, and recently completed eleven years as Faculty Director of the Massage Therapy Program at Piedmont Technical College, Greenwood, SC where she taught multivariate modalities and ran a public rehabilitation student-driven clinic.
Michelle is a South and North Carolina licensed National Board Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist who specializes in kinesiology, special needs, pain management, neuromuscular therapy, rehabilitation, manual lymphatic drainage, oncology, spinal cord injury, disability, and psychosomatic relaxation.
She is a CPR instructor and was awarded Teacher of the Year for the American Massage Therapy Association, South Carolina Chapter in 2010.
