Nurse Practitioner Anderson, SC

Caroline Timms – Family Nurse Practitioner/Registered Dietitian

While growing up, Caroline was involved in swimming and track. She went to the University of Georgia where she received an undergraduate in Nutrition and a Masters in Food Science. While in school, she did an internship at Grady Memorial Hospital, where she recognized her desire to help others.

After graduation, she moved to Anderson and worked as a Registered Dietitian for 8 years. She then decided to further her education, enrolling at Clemson University in the nursing program. She received her second baccalaureate degree in nursing and further completed her second Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner graduating Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. She has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner/Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, combining both careers to better treat patients from a more holistic approach by addressing all aspects of patient health (mind, body, and spirit).

She continues to enjoy interacting with patients and providing compassionate care as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Dietitian. When Caroline isn’t teaching or treating patients, she enjoys a variety of activities including spending quality time with her daughter, cooking, swimming, and traveling.
